SWIM JURASSIC COAST

Swim Jurassic Coast was a personal challenge undertaken by my friend Oly Rush who decided to swim from Exmouth to Studland to raise awareness of the plastic pollution that plagues the Jurassic Coast. Oly was accompanied by Roy Beal who kayaked alongside him to provide safety and food support.

I was fortunate to be able to follow them along the coast, documenting the team and capturing the moments and memories shared by everyone who was present on the trip. On checking my camera, I realised I had enough imagery to create a book to document the entire challenge.

As well as drawing from hundreds of my own images, I was able to select imagery from the onboard camera that was carried by Roy Beal in the kayak. It was a difficult task to whittle them down, but eventually the book was finalised at 224 pages. I presented a copy each to Oly and Roy, two of the most inspirational people I have met along my journey through life.
